Terms & Conditions of Lay-bys

1. A minimum purchase of $100 is required for a lay-by.
2. A minimum deposit of 25% of the purchase price is required to start a lay-by.
3. The maximum term of a lay-by is 4 weeks unless a previous agreement has been arranged.
4. Regular weekly payments as per the payment schedule are required to maintain the lay-by. Payment schedules can be found on your custom order listing.
5. Should the minimum weekly payment schedule not be maintained the lay-by may be cancelled by Crystal Blvd and incur a 20% total value, cancellation fee.
6. If the customer cancels a lay-by at any time, a lay-by cancellation fee of 20% will be charged.
7. Lay-bys of more than one item may not be separated and the entire lay-by must be paid in full before the collection or posting of any item.
8. A customer may only have one active lay-by at a time and any existing lay-by’s must be paid off in full before starting a new one.
9. Any change of address or contact details must be advised in writing to us before the order has been shipped.
