Refund Policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS.

 

We do not accept refunds or exchanges based on change of mind so please chose carefully. If you require more photos or details of an item, we are more than happy to help. Please do not hesitate to contact us so we can provide you with these prior to your purchase. Once your order is placed, it is final. If an item is received damaged, please contact us within 24hrs of receiving your delivery with detailed photos & description. Returns must be received back at HQ within 7 days to be considered for a refund or exchange. If 7 days have gone by since your item was received unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 


To be eligible for a return,

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as jewellery & books.

Our crystals are not man made glass, they are natural occurring crystals formed by mother nature that feature fractures, fragments, cavities & inclusions which add individual characteristics making them one of a kid pieces. No refunds or exchanges will be made simply based on a crystal characteristics.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be accepted.
  •  Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted.


REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

LAY-BY CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS (if applicable)

Regular weekly payments as per the payment schedule are required to maintain the lay-by. Payment schedules can be found on your custom order listing. Should the minimum weekly payment schedule not be maintained the lay-by may be cancelled by Crystal Blvd and incur a 20% total value, cancellation fee. If the customer cancels a lay-by at any time, a lay-by cancellation fee of 20% will be charged.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at crystalblvd@hotmail.com and send your item to our HQ.

SHIPPING

To return your product, please contact us at crystalblvd@hotmail.com for our HQ address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item for return, please use a trackable shipping service & purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item intact. 

We use Australia Post for domestic deliveries. If you are not home, your parcel will be taken to your local collection centre for pick up within 10 days. If your parcel is not picked up within the 10 day period they will return to Crystal Blvd. Postage will need to be repaid in order for us to resend your deliveryNo postage will be refunded.
